Who doesn't like having at least one Smores at a campfire! However, it is a lot to deal with. You have to toast a marshmallow, have the graham cracker and chocolate open and ready to go before your marshmallow falls off the stick. When you are camping out, this can get messy and you may not be able to keep up. Especially if you have 3 or 4 people helping you out with the marshmallows. I found a shortcut to making these delicious treats. Use Fudge Stripe Cookies. They are almost like a graham cracker, and already have a chocolate bottom. You don't have to open anything extra and they travel nicely.
