Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

This is my favorite Coffee Cake. The cake itself is super moist and the streusel topping is a wonderful surprise.

Ingredients
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped pecan (optional)

Streusel Ingredients
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup cold butter

In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add egg milk and butter. Beat well. Fold in berries and nuts. Spread into a greased 9" baking pan. Combine streusel ingredients in bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
